Open peering,
low friction,
signed routes only.
If you operate a network and want to peer with AS210773 (Nekopixel Network), the answer is essentially yes. This is a small educational/research network — bandwidth is modest (1-5Gbps), but routes are clean, signed, and predictable. I prefer sessions over IXP fabric, but private peerings work just as well; bring your prefixes and I'll bring mine.
Routes are signed via RPKI and registered with the appropriate IRR. I drop anything invalid at the edge, and I expect the same in return — there is no graceful degradation for hijacks.
The network is currently anchored at 2 cities, with 2 IX presences carrying 20 Gbps in aggregate. New fabrics are added when they make geographic sense.
If you'd like to peer or just look at the routing table, send a note. PeeringDB is the source of truth; everything else is just polite paperwork.
